Rénovation structurelle (gros œuvre)

Metz

Reprise en sous-œuvre et travaux de structure dans un bâtiment existant. Réalisation d'un nouvel escalier en béton et coulage de dalles en béton armé, avec mise en place du ferraillage et du coffrage dans des ouvertures pratiquées au travers des murs en maçonnerie. La structure est maintenue par étais réglables pendant l'intervention.

Construction neuve — gros œuvre

Oberhausbergen

Chantier de construction neuve en phase de gros œuvre, en milieu résidentiel. Terrassements et fouilles blindées, réalisation des voiles et dalles en béton armé (coffrage, étais, ferraillage et attentes), puis mise en œuvre de murs en briques de terre cuite. La structure porteuse s'élève au-dessus des fondations.

Construction neuve — gros œuvre

Osthouse

Construction neuve d'une maison en cours de gros œuvre. Les murs sont montés en briques de terre cuite alvéolaires (type monomur) avec planchers en béton armé ; un escalier en béton est coulé en place dans son coffrage bois. Banches métalliques et étais sur le chantier, la toiture et les enduits restant à réaliser.
