The technical backbone (20 years of experience)
The true backbone of Baltec Innovation, Resul leads all operations on site. With two decades of expertise in structural work, he has full command of formwork methods and complex structures. His know-how has notably proven itself on major regional projects, such as the construction of the Haguenau station car park and the concrete structures of the New Civil Hospital in Strasbourg.
The execution expert
A key technician on site, Ismail is the main craftsman behind your structures. Specialising in technical formwork and precision masonry, he ensures the rigorous implementation of the plans on the ground. From foundations to the final pour, he guarantees the strength and quality of every build.
