My name is Daniel BAL. I founded BALTEC INNOVATION in Strasbourg to do building work the way I would want it done at my own home: cleanly, explaining as we go, and without empty promises.
On a building site, trust is built like a wall: on sound foundations. Here, that means itemised quotes, regular progress reports and a result you can inspect.
I work every day with my father, who has twenty years of structural work behind him: foundations, formwork, steel reinforcement, slabs, load-bearing walls. His field experience frames every one of our sites.
Around this core, a network of trusted tradespeople: electricians, plumbers, groundworkers, carpenters. When you wish, we coordinate the whole project and the stages follow on without weeks of waiting between trades.
Alongside this, I am studying for a Master’s in Mechatronics, Energy and Intelligent Systems at the Faculty of Physics and Engineering in Strasbourg. That training gave me the habit of preparing, sizing and documenting every project.
Our way of working is simple: do things according to the rules of the trade, keep to the announced schedule and explain what we are doing as we go.
I would rather turn down a job than promise the impossible. I would rather flag a problem early than hide it. And I would rather take the time to do it right than do it twice.
