My name is Daniel BAL and I am the manager of BALTEC INNOVATION, a construction and renovation company based in Strasbourg and active across the entire Grand Est region.
Baltec Innovation was born from a simple idea: to put back at the centre what truly matters in building — keeping one's word, doing the job well and respecting the client. On a building site, trust is built like a house: on solid foundations, with rigour, transparency and consistency.
I work every day with my father, an experienced mason and formworker. His know-how is not limited to a single type of work: he masters all building trades, with a strong specialisation in structural work (foundations, formwork, reinforcement, slabs, load-bearing walls, structures). His field experience, gained on many projects, is a pillar of the company.
To go further, we also rely on a network of trusted partners (electricians, plumbers, earthworkers, carpenters and other trades) to handle a project from A to Z. Depending on your needs and with your agreement, we can start the works and then coordinate our partners' involvement, which keeps the stages flowing efficiently and reduces downtime.
In some configurations, this organisation can significantly shorten timelines — for example, a project initially planned over 8 months can be completed in around 4 months, while keeping careful workmanship and clear monitoring.
On my side, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Energy and Intelligent Systems at the Faculty of Physics and Engineering in Strasbourg. This training allows me to bring a technical and rigorous approach to the preparation, sizing and monitoring of projects.
Our way of working is deliberately simple and demanding: doing things properly, according to the rules of the trade, with an organised site, clear communication and a lasting result. I firmly believe that a successful project is not just about concrete and finishes, but about the experience the client lives — being listened to, understanding what is being done and moving forward with peace of mind.
What defines us above all is honesty and integrity. I would rather turn down a project than promise the impossible. I would rather say things clearly, even when it is not what people want to hear. And I would rather take the time to do it well than rush and have to start over.
