Structural renovation (structural works)

Metz

Underpinning and structural works within an existing building. Construction of a new concrete staircase and pouring of reinforced-concrete slabs, with placement of rebar and formwork in openings cut through the masonry walls. The structure is held by adjustable steel props during the works.

New build — structural works

Oberhausbergen

New-build project in the structural works phase, within a residential setting. Earthworks and shored excavations, construction of reinforced-concrete walls and slabs (formwork, props, rebar and starter bars), then the laying of fired-clay brick walls. The load-bearing structure is rising above the foundations.

New build — structural works

Osthouse

New-build house in the structural (shell) phase. The walls are laid in hollow honeycomb clay blocks (single-leaf type) with reinforced-concrete floor slabs; a concrete staircase is cast in place in its timber formwork. Metal wall-form panels and props are on site, with the roof covering and renders still to be completed.
