Metz
Underpinning and structural works in an existing building. Construction of a new concrete staircase and pouring of reinforced concrete slabs, with steel reinforcement and formwork placed in openings cut through the masonry walls. The structure is supported by adjustable props during the works.
Oberhausbergen
New-build site in the structural work phase, in a residential area. Earthworks and shored excavations, construction of the reinforced concrete walls and slabs (formwork, props, steel reinforcement and starter bars), then walls built in fired-clay bricks. The load-bearing structure is rising above the foundations.
Osthouse
New build of a house in the structural work phase. The walls are built in cellular fired-clay blocks (single-skin type) with reinforced concrete floors; a concrete staircase is cast in place in its timber formwork. Metal formwork panels and props are on site, with the roof and renders still to come.

Bathroom transformation
Complete renovation of the room, from strip-out to finishes.
Complete cellar renovation
Excavation and lowering of the floor, thermal insulation, underfloor heating pipes connected to the heat pump by our plumbing partner, tiling, plasterwork to conceal the pipe runs, painting.
Stairwell reinforcement
A structural belt installed across two levels, anchored to the slab, to distribute the loads and secure the structure for the long term.
